If you require any other information while your parcel is in transit you can call 0860 111 502 or simply track your parcel above even if you have not received a ‘collection notice’ yet. Parcels are kept at the SA Post Office for 1 month after receipt. Please ensure you collect your parcel timeously.
This is a door-to-door service. This means that the shipment is delivered to the address supplied not the person. Please ensure that someone is available at the supplied address to sign for your parcel so that you receive your order in good time and won’t be charged for additional delivery charges. Remember to provide both your delivery address and contact number. Delivery on week days and during working hours only.
